     Verification of brain regions activity during the perception/recognition process of various tactile stimuli. It is contatin tactile hardness, stickiness, etc. Pattern and funcitonal connectivity analysis on active brain region during the perception/recognition process of various tactile stimuli. High - resolution  blood volume fMRI analysis was studied for layer specific activation with various tactile stimuli.

The goal of this research team is to observe how the brain is activated when each tactile stimulus enters the brain with fMRI, and find out how our brain processes tactile information through it.

As the degree of stiffness increases, it can be confirmed that there are areas of activation, increasing and decreasing of the brain, respectively.

If fMRI is measured with a magnetic field that is more than twice as high as before, it is possible to obtain a higher resolution image. This figure shows the brain response when given a participant from low to high frequencies stimuli at that time.
